- Maintain financial records using Qirom/Quickbook or similar accounting software.
- Manage the overall process of cash flow; receivables and payments
- Monitor & ensure the financial transactions is in compliance and meeting to applicable standards, regulation and law
- Plan and conduct mosque donation drive
- Manage general administrative tasks and front counter operations.
- Possess a degree or diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience of at least 2 years in mosque operations and/or finance roles will be advantageous.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong proficiency in IT and Microsoft Office applications.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with stakeholders effectively.
- Willingness to be flexible with working hours, including weekends and public holidays.
