    Description
    Roles & Responsibilities

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Maintain financial records using Qirom/Quickbook or similar accounting software.
    • Manage the overall process of cash flow; receivables and payments
    • Monitor & ensure the financial transactions is in compliance and meeting to applicable standards, regulation and law
    • Plan and conduct mosque donation drive
    • Manage general administrative tasks and front counter operations.

    Requirement:

    • Possess a degree or diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
    • Proven experience of at least 2 years in mosque operations and/or finance roles will be advantageous.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
    • Strong proficiency in IT and Microsoft Office applications.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with stakeholders effectively.
    • Willingness to be flexible with working hours, including weekends and public holidays.
