• Solid Asset Management Experience in Logistic Real Estate Assets.
• Minimum Years of Experience: 10 years
• Language: Proficient in Business English and Mandarin
• Formulate and execute asset management strategies and plans for the industrial real estate portfolio, including leasing/marketing strategies to drive asset occupancy, optimize Net Operating Income, and realize the highest value of the assets.
• Responsible for actively leading lease negotiations and the overall positioning of assets.
• Prepare and manage annual budgets and reports which cover the financial performance of the asset, leasing status, and rental collection; recommending divestment opportunities and managing the sale process; assisting in the underwriting of new investment opportunities.
• Develop and maintaining good tenant relationships to ensure high retention rate.
• Work closely with the both internal and external Property Managers to ensure that the asset is properly maintained, managed, compliant with regulations, and coordinating with external parties such as brokers and government bodies etc.
• Other responsibilities include managing market intelligence and collating market / industry information to ensure competitiveness of the Company's properties.
• Assist in preparation and maintenance of financial reports, preparation and monitoring of budgets, and financial modeling of assets for the portfolio.
• Answer investor comments and questions.
