Roles & Responsibilities

Contract duration: 1 year renewable (subject to performance/company requirements)

Responsibilities

Execute procurement contracts through collaboration with stakeholder on requisition, sourcing, evaluation, seeking approval for award and contract management.
Implement Policies and Procedures in accordance to business needs
Support the sharing and training of Procurement Procedures to stakeholders.
Ensure the delivery of the Procurement's Service Level Agreements commitments.
Take part in cross functional improvement projects
Take part in audit review & propose changes according to industry trend
Aggregate demand with stakeholders using insights from data analytics.
Ensure effective collaboration and communication with key stakeholders.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in procurement
Good understanding of Government Procurement policies will be advantageous.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
