    Roles & Responsibilities
    • Support concierge duties
    • CRM Performance Reports
    • Issuance of U CARE Capture voucher
    • Walk-in Membership enquiries, Gift Claim and Hardship grant
    • To ensure Safe Management Measures (SMM) at counter.
    • Any adhoc duties assigned by Reporting Officer.
    • Assist in frontline customer service for application sign-up and follow up duties including data entry, form scanning and processing.
    • Assist in following up with members on the organisation's membership servicing information.

    REQUIREMENT:

    • IT Savvy and Proficient in MS Office
    • Singaporean Only

    ADDITIONAL INFO:

    • Contract type: 3 months (option to extend)
    • No. of candidates required: 1 pax
    • Working hours and days: Monday to Friday (9am to 630pm)
    • Might need to work on Saturday half day (9am to 1pm) depends on roster
    • Date of commencement: Immediate
    • Working location: Marina Boulevard (Central)
