Looking for Business Development Manager

Responsibilities:

Develop pricing strategies to meet market demand and organizational objectives.
Skills to identify and propose business opportunities.
To establish superior customer relationship, manage and handle customer expectation professionally, and to ensure high customer satisfaction level.
Support clients with product knowledge information, which including creates and conducts proposal presentations.
Attend company goal setting meetings and conduct training and develop strategies to meet company goals.
Source out and engage new business partnership and potential clients.

Skills:1. Understanding the marketing and developing pricing and promotions.

Tracking current trends and formulating new business strategies monthly.
Building strong customer relationship by handling customer expectation in order to achieve high customer satisfaction.
Create training materials, protocols and processes for the company progression.
Guiding and training new staff of the company for the whole work flow process as well as handling dispute and complaints by the clients.
Participate in marketing and networking activities to gain exposure.
