About Our Client:

Our client is a European listed multinational company in the industrial space and a market leader in their area of specialty.

They are looking for a Legal Counsel to be part of their regional legal team supporting the Asia Pacific business operations.

Responsibilities:

As a Legal Counsel, you will provide advice to support both the country and regional business operations and growth while minimizing risk to the organization.

You will draft and negotiate on a wide range of commercial contracts. You will also advise on compliance and regulatory matters, as well as disputes and integration matters as they arise.

Requirements:

You are a Singapore qualified lawyer with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience. You have experience in an established law firm and/or in-house role. You are comfortable working independently and have good communication skills.
