Roles and Responsibilities

Plan and deliver school curriculum to help foster holistic learning and development
Responsible for all aspects of classroom management and maintenance of a tidy and wellorganized classroom
Support the development and implementation of new teaching and learning approaches and resources
Communicate effectively and establish good rapport with children
Build positive links with parents of children in their care to meet the latter's development needs
Conduct observations for the children and promote good moral values among children

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education (Teaching) or its equivalent
At least 2 years of teaching experience in a preschool environment
Enthusiasm and passion in nurturing and engaging children in their learning and growth
A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
Good multitasking and organizational skills
