Basic Purpose

Leadership and Team Management:

Provide guidance and support to team members, promoting their professional growth and development.

Creative Strategy and Direction:

Develop and execute creative strategies that align with the overall brand vision and business objectives.
Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams, such as marketing, product development, and communications, to ensure creative initiatives are in line with their goals.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, leveraging this knowledge to drive creative innovation and excellence.

Project Management:

Oversee and manage multiple creative projects simultaneously, ensuring their timely delivery, quality, and adherence to brand guidelines.
Set project priorities, allocate resources effectively, and manage budgets to optimize project outcomes.
Collaborate with external agencies, freelancers, and vendors, when necessary, to enhance creative capabilities and expand the team's capacity.

Design and Concept Development:

Lead the conceptualization and development of creative campaigns, branding initiatives, and marketing materials.
Create and present design concepts, storyboards, and mockups to stakeholders, providing clear and compelling visual representations of ideas.
