- Identify and able to provide personalized solution to customer's needs.
- Attend to customer's feedback and questions in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain a continuous high level of customer service delivery and satisfaction.
- Goal-Sales driven, self motivated individual with the ability to focus.
- Strong administrative skills and able to handle a fast paced environment.
- Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking and follow up of all interactions with customers.
- Liaise with other support teams as required to resolve requests/issues in a timely manner.
- Main task will include managing customer queries via whatsapp, social media and other platforms such as events/outlet.
- X factor and willing to go the extra mile to help customers.
- Savvy with all communications devices such as WhatsApp and multichannel platforms.
