Roles & ResponsibilitiesPayroll and Leave Management;
CPF, IR8A , GST submission
Staff insurance and claims (hospitalization, WIC, Work-medic, etc)
Foreign employment and processing work includes application, renewal, cancellation, medical check-up, and travel arrangements for foreign employee
Provide employee relations guidance and support regarding HR policy and practices, performance management, grievances, disciplinary actions, etc.
Identify, recommend, and arrange staff training and development programs based on staff training needs;
Maintenance of HR-related systems and documents (e.g. employee database, ISO, training, etc.)
Liaise with Government bodies/agencies about HR-related and COVID-19 issues. Keep up with government updates and regulations; Ensure legal compliance with local regulations;
Responsible for letters preparation (e.g. transfer letter, confirmation letter, acceptance of resignation and etc)
• Administer employees' confirmation and ensure timely processing of documentation
According ( AP/AR
Responsible for day-to-day operations, compiling and recording of accounts about cash receipts, expenditures, accounts payable, and receivables
Process payments and documents such as invoices, payment vouchers,
Maintenance and processing of payments from petty cash accounts
