Job Scopes:
- Manage operation activities of outlets.
- Undertake F&B duties to the highest standards.
- Drive service quality, customer satisfaction and productivity.
- Responsible for food & drink inventory counts and supplies.
- Ensure restaurant cleanliness, hygiene and safety.
- Hire, train, develop, supervise line employees and arrange manpower.
- Any other tasks being assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Degree Qualification in any field.
- Fresh graduate are also welcomed to apply. F&B experience would be avantageous.
- Interested in F&B industry and willing to learn (training provided).
- Good attitude, responsible, independent, be organized and meticulous.
- Initiative, selfdriven, team player and positive mindset.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
