  • Provide build, setup, maintain, implement, and troubleshoot for all technology related matters.
  • Work closely with all users and management for issue resolutions, monitoring of corporate IT infrastructure.
  • Assist in initiatives/projects to drive technology improvement and user satisfaction.

Requirements:


  • At least 3+ year relevant work experience with a Diploma/Degree in Computer Science or relevant
  • Good IT concepts of hardware and software, networking, data storage, data backups, and monitoring.
  • Good problemsolving skills, ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • Core competency with Mac OS and Microsoft Windows and Familiarity with data backup concepts and systems
  • Good understanding of common PC & Mac hardware components and connections.
  • Good understanding of Network Protocols (TCP/IP/UDP/ICMP, etc.)

Other desired skills:


  • Working knowledge of Conference Technology, Audio Visual.
  • Working knowledge with ITSM ticketing system.
  • Working knowledge of Mobile device management and support.
