Co-lead the project in service delivery, working closely with the TAS partner.

Review teasers and information memorandums for clients on sell mandates.
Prepare and/or review PPA (purchase price allocation) reports for clients' M&A transactions.
Project manage financial and tax due diligence exercises for clients' buy mandates, covering areas like sales, payroll, costs of sales, and operating costs analysis, among others.
Support and prepare valuation projects, drafting reports for various purposes.
Conduct financial modeling for business planning and strategic purposes based on clients' inputs.
Review research work, summarizing it into easily digestible content or in PowerPoint format, including the final listing of clients' comparable companies and transactions information.
Provide assistance to the firm's retainer clients on a monthly period or adhoc basis to finalize specific reports in Excel or PowerPoint formats as required.
Handle any other work assignments as delegated periodically.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance is mandatory
ACCA, CA, CVA certification is a plus
Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role, with a background from Big 4 or midtier accounting firms preferred
Proficient in MS Office, Capital IQ Pro, and have a basic understanding of financial and/or accounting management software
Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving abilities
Adaptability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
