- Create and implement digital media strategy and day-to-day management of RGE's social and digital channels, including content creation, community management and a basic degree of analytics and reporting
- Develop an online content strategy, maintain the editorial calendar and manage day-to-day activation of RGE's social media accounts on Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube
- Manage group websites, including SEO-friendly content creation
- Partner with various teams to ensure our online presence supports key business objectives
- Monitor emerging social media tools, trends and applications
- Develop innovative ways of connecting to stakeholders through various digital channels/platforms
- Partner with group-wide digital teams to ensure group brand consistency and quality
- Grow the RGE brand online through meaningful engagement with key stakeholders
- Enhance our online brand equity through a targeted digital media strategy
- Proven digital content marketer with strong understanding of the social media landscape and key platforms
- Proven ability to create shareable content that meets business objectives, evidenced by a strong digital content portfolio
- Strong English language writing skills
- 8+ years of experience in related positions in either agency or in-house roles
- Basic SEO and website management experience
- B2B experience is advantageous, but it isn't a deal breaker
- Thought leadership experience would be a major plus

The position is responsible for supporting a broad spectrum of digital communications, stakeholder engagement, and sustainability activities to enhance the global positioning and reputation of the company and its business groups. The Digital Manager will partner with colleagues in business groups located in Singapore and various geographies, particularly the communications and sustainability teams.Responsabilidades:
RGE is looking for a Digital Manager to oversee social media and content marketing. You will work with the corporate communications team and other parts of the business to understand their needs and communications objectives, then translate this into multi-format content that appeals directly to our key stakeholders.
You will also play a key role in paid and organic amplification to ensure the content is seen by the right people, on the right channel.
Who We Are Looking For
You'll create content across channels that generates measurable results, then use those insights to help shape future output. You'll manage and produce content for channels including our internal and external blogs, e-newsletter and social channels. The ability to shape strategy is a plus, as is some experience of internal comms.
We create renewable and sustainable solutions to tackle some of the greatest challenges facing our planet, so we're looking for a candidate who is as passionate about making a positive impact as they are using social media to connect with, grow and engage their communities. While most of our work is b2b we're also moving increasingly closer to consumers through expansion and acquisitions, so you need to be able to navigate both worlds to deliver results.
