- Develop and maintain good client relationships
- Clearly and effectively communicate transfer pricing concepts (verbally and in writing)
- Simplify complex concepts; highlight and summarise key points
- Coach team members, recognise their strengths and encourage them to take ownership of their self-development
- Support business development and practice development activities within the team
- Degree in economics, business, accountancy, or other relevant professional qualifications, if any
- 7 to 12 years of relevant experience in a public accounting firm
- Experience in preparing transfer pricing documentation, tax value chain analyses, and benchmarking
- Support tax enquiries, project management, and manage junior team members
- Sound judgement with the ability to identify and evaluate risk issues, and escalate issues where required
- Possess the drive and enthusiasm for service excellence
- Positive attitude
- Strong interpersonal skills when engaging with a team of like-minded professionals
- Relevant experiences working in a transfer pricing team of a large/ mid-tier international consulting firm
