Roles & Responsibilities

• Be in charge of plant operation activities
• Optimize plant operation according to grid demand and equipment conditions
• Identify and understand business needs and provide solutions to address the needs
• Manage the project scope, schedule, cost and resources
• Oversee daily activities in plant operations in accordance with customer demands.
• Establish overall budgets, operating plans, and reporting templates for strategic objectives
• Ensure department operations is in accordance of the department SOPs

Job Requirements

• A team player
• Degree / Diploma holder
• Independent and possess sound analytical and communication skills
• 3 Years of relevant experience
• Experience in Power Plant industry is an advantage
