Job Purpose

To advise and support the Senior Director for operations excellence on building and expanding critical capabilities in Asia specifically related to Product Delivery of the OMS Product and Customer and Project Implementation.

Among others, this will include designing and executing a Customer Implementation Program across LOBs, developing a Project Management program for Internal projects, and supporting the management and execution of the OMS Product Landscape.

In working with our Product Delivery, the role will also serve as advisor in the development of an optimal operational flow of our OMS product from order to cash, the role thus will require experience and knowledge of the interplay of Physical, information and document flow solutions relevant to APL Logistics products.
