Operations Coordinator - Singapore - ANTICIMEX PEST MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD.
Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent service to clients
- Handle customer complaints timely and follow up with department in charge to provide appropriate solutions and/or alternatives. Follow up to ensure closure
- Communicate effectively, maintain and establish close rapport with clients
- Creating contracts and services into inhouse programme and uploading of supporting documents
- Schedule and coordinate with Clients and Technicians for service appointments and follow up
- Monitor cash collection by technicians in your team
- Check and compile service reports before sending to customers
- Prepare invoices accurately prior to send out to customers
- Attend to meeting with customers as and when required
- Preparing of reports requested by customers as and when required
- Perform all other adhoc duties as and when required
Job Requirements:
- Proficient in MS Office
- 24 years of similiar working experience is required
- Problemsolving with critical thinking and analytical skills
- Ability to be flexible, multitask and learn in a fastpaced environment
- Selfdriven nature with strong attention to detail
- Excellent follow through skills
- Professional customer service skills
