Job Profile Summary:


In this role, you will support strategic initiatives and process improvements for cross-functional areas and ensures successful implementations of all projects.

As part of this dynamic role, you will partner with the business users to achieve the strategic objectives.


Job Description:


  • Support the prompt delivery and implementation of strategic initiatives and BAU enhancements requested by the business.
  • Participate in discussions with the business in understanding the processes and document the rules and enhancements that are needed.
  • Collaborate with the business in providing comprehensive business requirements and they meet the business needs taking into consideration future needs and changing business needs.
  • Translate business requirements into complete test scenarios, conditions and expected results for user acceptance testing.
  • Accountable for the execution of user acceptance testing and results are updated with proper documentation.
  • Tracks the outstanding defects and works with IT teams in resolving the tickets promptly and within the agreed timeline.
  • Develop comprehensive SOP or training guides for the enhancements.
  • Explain and train the users in the system enhancements.
  • Perform post deployment verification of the system when the project is implemented

  • Able to work in a fast paced environment
Working Experience

  • 2 years of working experience preferably in the insurance industry. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Prior testing experience will be an advantage.
Education
- 'A' Levels or equivalent or equivalent professional qualifications

Language

  • Fluent in written and spoken English
