    DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:

    We are looking to hire a Global Technology Finance - Financial Analysis - Associate. If you have a track record of finance or accounting experience and possess capacity to work both at a strategic and detailed analysis level, this role could be the perfect fit for you.

    As a Global Technology Finance - Financial Analysis - Associate within our Finance & Business Management team, you will be responsible for partnering across the firm to provide financial and strategic analysis, oversight, and coordination of budgeting and forecasting. You will be expected to deliver value-added financial reporting and analysis and assist with strategic direction and decision making. You will provide leadership across the finance teams and interact regularly with the Technology Managers and peers across Finance & Business Management.

    Job responsibilities


    • Manage total expense base for the Technology group and produce weekly/monthly/quarterly and ad hoc reporting of the results and inputs for senior management review


    • Manage month-end processes, be responsible for gathering relevant data, then analyzing and reporting the data in a meaningful manner to support management decisions around business processes and efficiencies


    • Perform variance analysis to understand the key inputs of the results and provide commentary explaining changes from prior forecasts/budgets


    • Be responsible for allocations/recoveries including managing the billing and volume loads etc.


    • Participate in the annual budgeting and monthly reforecast processes/cycles


    • Be Responsible for organizational transfers and hierarchy maintenance


    • Reconcile and analyze monthly financials from multiple reporting tools


    • Create PowerPoint presentations, dashboards, and other reporting for clients and Finance & Business Management team


    • Perform detailed tracking of all key initiatives, risks and opportunities


    • Facilitate ad hoc requirements around cost management, expense tracking and appropriate approvals


    • Enhance controls and streamline processes, introducing automation where possible, and collaborate on projects to conduct global consistency and create synergies across the team

    Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills


    • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related discipline


    • Minimum of 5 years of finance or accounting experience


    • Detail-oriented individual capable of completing reporting and analytics accurately on a timely basis


    • Possess capacity and desire to work both at a strategic and detailed analysis level


    • Self-motivated individual to go beyond immediate responsibilities


    • Exhibit strong relationship management skills to interface with various stakeholders


    • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills


    • Able to present information in a clear and concise manner


    • Showcase excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task


    • Able to work independently as well as in a team situation


    • Advanced systems skills e.g., knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Essbase, SAPCO and PowerPoint

    Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills


    • Data automation and visualization tool skills e.g., Alteryx and Tableau
