Personal Assistant Duties
To assist in the daily needs of the Boss
- Scheduling of meetings, interviews and events for boss
- Filing of documents
- Monitoring of boss's expenditures
- Helping with misc adm items as and when needed by boss
Communications Assistant Duties
To monitor the company's Learning Management System and assist the Communications Manager as and when needed
- Scheduling and monitoring of Learning Management System (LMS) for company
- Creating of new LMS accounts for new staff
- Drafting meeting agendas
- Creation of new content
- Client onboarding and monitoring
- Monitoring of websites and updates
