    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Highlights

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Attend to customer phone call/walk-in enquiries in a friendly manner
    • Assist in preparing labels/stickers for cremation related service (e.g. urn storage, custody service etc.)
    • Assist in collecting photos from customers for ancestral tablet
    • Assist in printing ancestral tablet for prayers (e.g. 三时系念)
    • Assist in arranging chanting schedules
    • Support Front Office's operation when required and other ad-hoc duties

    Job Specifications

    • Bilingual in English and Mandarin (written and spoken) to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates
    • Team player with good initiative
    • Service-orientated and attentive when handling customer enquiries and feedback
    • Able to work on weekend(s) and public holiday(s)
