Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the effective coordination of assigned port calls.
- Advice on selection of contractors for goods and services provided to principals.
- Ensure proper monitoring of the vessel and attendance to any follow up enquiries.
- Regularly update the owners on the operational activities of the vessels
- Handling Vessel Document i.e. arrival / Departure crew list, reporting document to Maritime Port Authority, Immigration Checkpoint Authority, Singapore Custom etc.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines through good time management and allocation of priorities.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin language and computer skills is an advantage
Experience and skills:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Selfmotivated and result orientated.
- Proactive and possesses ability to anticipate issue to facilitate preventive measures.
- Relevant experience in Ship Agency Operations will be advantage.
