Responsibilities include- To provide full range of secretarial/administrative duties and personal assistance to the Founder
- Arrange/coordinate meeting appointments and business schedule.
- Make travel arrangements such as booking of flights, cars, making hotel and restaurant reservations when needed.
- Perform office duties and general administrative support.
- Undertake adhoc assignments and related duties as and when required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree / Diploma
- Able to provide secretarial support after office hours and during weekends whenever required.
- Possess the ability to multitask and work effectively with staff, internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Expected salary
- Earliest availability date
Salary:
$3, $3,500.00 per month
