As part of the Client Service Team, you will be working closely with Corporate Sales Team to support the needs of corporate clients in your portfolio, including:

Processing and monitoring of regular customer orders
Perform systematic forecasting of usage for assigned clients / products
Preparation of samples and sales related documents such as contracts, quotations, etc
Proactively managing the requests of corporate clients, including following up and planning through the use of customer management tools
Any other duties as assigned by Management
Selfstarter that is able to work independently and in teams
Pleasing personality, mature and with customer service mindset
Good command of English (oral and written)
Flexible and adaptable to meet changing business needs
Meticulous with an eye for details and logical mindset
Experience working with standard Microsoft Office Applications
Experience with ERP system will be a plus (e.g. SAP)
