You will handle the operation scope for Order Management. This position manages the retail customers from order creation, quotation & invoicing, shipment tracking, RMA handling and sales data analysis (sellthru report). You will also be doing planning for activities such as inventory replenishment and container planning.
Responsibilities:

Order creation and processingShipment arrangementRMA + Sales Return processingGenerate weekly reportsInvoice + POD filling + submission to customerPatch historical channel sell thru uploading and analysisPlanning activities
Requirements:
Diploma in Supply Chain or related fields-Knowledge of and proficiency in the general industry standards and practices for electronic products handling, control, receiving, shipping, and storage- Job Functions
