Job Description for Facial Therapist:

Ensure adherence to the company service manual to ensure the highest quality of barbering standards for facial treatments
Determine customers' needs through casual conversations and recommend suitable service and merchandise, helping them to make decisions on what to purchase
Recommend merchandise based on customers' requirements & preference
Crosssell or upsell products and packages as and when there is an opportunity, and provide sufficient information on various service and product features
Direct customers to counters or display shelves for merchandise they required
Uphold service standards by ensuring a high level of excellent customer service
Actively assist customers in the shop, be attentive and take the initiative to help at all times
Maintains cleanliness, neatness and tidiness of the workstation
Keeps up with the latest Men's Grooming trends and techniques
