based in Singapore, this is a great opportunity for junior professionals covering investment procedures and initiatives.

They are currently seeking a highly competent individuals to join their team as a Specialist for Investment Operations & Projects.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure that transactions and all investmentrelated activities are accurate and timely.
Examine reports on fund valuations and fund prices
Ensure that investmentlinked funds have no discrepancies.
Keeping GL, bank reconciliations updated and clearing errors as soon as possible
Comply with and preserve latest records of all operational procedures.
Participate in the rollout of new initiatives, product releases and adhoc projects
Assist with creating and closing accounts, as well as SSI updates.
Examine the longterm effects of initiatives that will be executed and look for solutions to simplify procedures.
Ensure processes adhere to MAS307 regulations.
Perform documentation for KYC
