Description
To provide timely administrative support, facilitate operational efficiency and effectiveness for assigned administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Provide administrative support in the daytoday administrative tasks
  • Preparation of monthly client reports to stakeholders
  • Receive and record any incoming fees paid
  • Issuance of receipts for monies received
  • Banking in of monies received weekly (if any)
  • Management and disbursement of petty cash for staff
  • Preparation of monthly financial reports
  • Assist with incoming phone calls and queries
  • Procurement of office equipment and supplies
  • Carry out any other duties as assigned by HOD or Supervisor
Academic Qualifications & Experience

  • At least GCE "O" Level
  • Experience in administrative and coordination work

  • Proficient in oral and written communication, especially in English
  • Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Committed and responsible

  • Able to do simple financial accounting (for staff handling financial accounting work)
