    JR50542 Global Quality EFA Technician

    As a Non-Volatile Memory QRA (NVMQRA) Managed NAND (mNAND) Technician, you will be responsible for collecting and reporting on data on failures generated during Quality and Reliability Assurance (QRA) testing. You will perform initial verification of mNAND failures generated from AQL sampling, reliability testing on automatic test equipment (ATE). You will also correlate failure information to Backend test results and record test results in a database. In this role you will work with various QRA Engineering groups to receive instructions and communicate results, and will coordinate with QRA/Manufacturing teams to acquire needed test equipment.

    Responsibilities and Tasks

  • Coordinate Batching of Failures for Parallel Processing by reviewing reject queue
  • Gather failure information/background, backend test history
  • Coordinate with QRA/Manufacturing teams to acquire needed test equipment.
  • Operate specified test equipment (Mag5, Advantest, Micromate)
  • Perform 1st level failure verification
  • Perform Benchtop analysis, IV analysis
  • Manage engineering requests
  • Determine fail type (electrical, functional)
  • Generate failure summary in a database - log failure mode, including IDD values, fail location via bit map, failing registers, failing pin information, FID information
  • Perform MAM and JIRA tracking

    • Requirements:

  • Good Analytical and problem solving skills with strong attention to details
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing is essential in this role
  • Good organization skills and able to multi-task and coordinate between multiple issues/requests at any given time
  • Able to handle pressure situations in a professional manner
  • Candidates with 1-3 years experience in semiconductor industry or QRA are preferred. Fresh graduates with a diploma in electrical engineering, electronics or a related discipline are also welcome to apply
