The Total Rewards Manager (ASEAN + China ), based in Singapore, plays a key role in the APAC Total Rewards team, to harmonize HR policies, compensation structures and benefits programs across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, review and implement Global C&B programs, policies and processes to achieve desired market compensation positioning
  • Partner with senior leadership in the respective countries /markets in ascertaining C&B gaps and risks with appropriate recommendations. Ensure all employees' compensation and benefit schemes are applied properly
  • Work closely with HRBPs in rolling out C&B initiatives and ensuring alignment with the global C&B policies.
  • Provide inmarket support to annual pay review, merit cycle, bonus cycle, relocations, offers, insurances etc.
  • Liaise with partner organizations like Payroll, Shared Services, Employee Relations, Legal and HRBP's
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory frameworks and internal procedures as they relate to market specific C&B programs.
  • The Total Rewards Manager will be strategizing and rolling out strategic benefits programs for the region.
  • Ensure consistency and each program meets organisation goal and business objectives
  • Build strategic partnership with Global Benefits Team and drive strategic and useful programs for employees
  • Measure and analyse key data trends and drive strategic decisions based on data on Benefits. Continuously identify new benefits within health and medical programs which will be beneficial for employees and meeting current guidelines and industry standard

Requirements:


  • 9+ years of experience designing and implementing C&B frameworks for Asean and China.
  • Good knowledge of Rewards related statutory requirements across Asean and China.
  • Experience in a changeoriented & fast paced organization would be an advantage
  • Growth mindset, collaborative style of working and ability to work well in a matrix environment
  • A team player, with a proactive mindset and attune to numbers.
