- Handle and update information and filling of employee personnel record and database
- Process monthly payroll by using Info-Tech system
- Perform CPF submission
- Assist to prepare monthly HR report
- Leave administration – track and update all leaves applications
- Assist in the applications, renewals and cancellation for foreign employee's work passes
- Assist in company welfare events
- Maintains company organization chart and employee directory
- Liaise with insurance company on staffs insurance and claims
- Perform other HR/ Admin and ad-hoc project duties when required
- Singaporean or SPR's Holder may apply
- Min 3 year of relevant HR experience
- Proficient in English
- Certificate/Diploma in Human Resource/ Business or equivalent
- Able to multi task and able to work independently and in a team
- Able to start work within a short notice
