Finance Executive:The Finance Team is responsible for managing the accounting, recordkeeping and overall financial well-being of the business. The Finance team is led by Panju, our Finance Lead. The Finance Executive reports to Panju and will be responsible for daily accounting and transaction processing of the business, as well as, researching, analysing and processing all grants for which Transcelestial is eligible. The role will also include liaising with co-founders, as well functional and team leads and act as a true business partner.

As
Finance Executive , you will:

• Research grants programmes in Singapore and abroad. Become the go-to person for all things grants-related.
• Produce budget and expense analysis report and grant expenditure tracking report.
• Perform grantrelated postaward functions, including budget and expense analysis, periodic claim submission, financial reporting, fund drawdown request, reconciliations, and grant closeout functions required by Grant Agencies and Project administrators.
• Assist in new processes and system implementation when required.
• Report regularly to Finance Lead and cofounders on your progress and achievements.
• Coordinate with the Finance Lead to process journal entries for various projects.

What you will bring:

• Bachelor's Degree or minimum diploma in Accounting, Finance or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience

It is a bonus if you:

• Have prior experience in analyzing, evaluating and summarizing financial records for accuracy and conformance to procedures, rules and regulations
• Have a good working knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
• Are wellversed with Singapore government grant agencies and regulations
• Are proficient in Gsuite, MS Office, Xero
• Have previous audit experience
• Are a selfstarter with a cando attitude, who is able to plan, organise and take initiative to meet job objectives and deadlines independently
• Possess excellent interpersonal and written communication skills and demonstrated ability to work with various stakeholders
• Demonstrate the ability to step up and multitask with tight deadlines in a fastpaced environment
