- Build and execute quarterly demand plans tied to pipeline goals.
- Own forecasting, budget management, and performance reporting.
- Launch and optimise multi-channel and account-based campaigns.
- Improve tracking, attribution, and conversion through structured experimentation.
- 5+ years in B2B demand generation or growth, with ownership of pipeline and revenue.
- Experience marketing complex, technical products to multi-stakeholder buyers.
- Strong collaboration with Sales and SDR teams, including lead management processes.
- Hands-on executor, comfortable launching campaigns and managing partners or agencies.
- Bonus: fintech, infrastructure or Web3 exposure, ABM experience, and familiarity with longer sales cycles.
