    We're looking for a senior Demand Generation Manager to build and scale a full funnel demand engine for a fast growing, category shaping tech company.

    What We Are Hiring

    We're looking for an experienced B2B Demand Generation leader who can turn strategy into execution in a complex, technical environment.

    Responsibilities:

    • Define ICPs and set target segments with Sales and Product Marketing.
    • Build and execute quarterly demand plans tied to pipeline goals.
    • Own forecasting, budget management, and performance reporting.
    • Launch and optimise multi-channel and account-based campaigns.
    • Improve tracking, attribution, and conversion through structured experimentation.

    Experience & Background

    • 5+ years in B2B demand generation or growth, with ownership of pipeline and revenue.
    • Experience marketing complex, technical products to multi-stakeholder buyers.
    • Strong collaboration with Sales and SDR teams, including lead management processes.
    • Hands-on executor, comfortable launching campaigns and managing partners or agencies.
    • Bonus: fintech, infrastructure or Web3 exposure, ABM experience, and familiarity with longer sales cycles.
