Finance Manager - Singapore - CVISTA HR CONSULTING PTE. LTD.
Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the Finance function including General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Bank Reconciliations etc
- Prepare monthly financial statements, management accounts & cash flows
- Prepare annual budgets & quarterly forecasts
- Review and track performance by monitoring variance from plan, highlighting potential issues
- Prepare quarterly GST returns
- Prepare year end statutory accounts
- Maintain appropriate controls to ensure costs are within budgeted levels
- Implement internal controls to protect and safeguard company's assets
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, bankers, insurers & statutory bodies
Requirements:
- ACCA or Degree in accountancy or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years' working experience in accounting and finance and reporting to the senior management
- Experienced working with accounting concepts under Companies Act & Finance Reporting Standards (FRS)
- Knowledge and handson experience with GST
- Strong experience in income statement analysis
- Experienced working with ERP and Finance Reporting IT systems
- Highly motivated, analytical and organized; capable of working independently.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive personality with ability to interface with all levels of employees and business partners in a professional manner
- Must be detail oriented and have excellent math skills to ensure accuracy of financial reports
- A good and supportive team player for the organization
