The eFX Solutions - Corporates team is a global unit under the Corporate FX Sales organisation within Corporate Sales & Solutions/Markets.


With rapid adoption of FX technology coupled with increasingly sophisticated automated processes in client corporate treasury departments, this unit was formed to ensure that our corporate FX sales business remained at the forefront to service these clients in this digital era and co -create the next generation of FX digital products.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage the APAC team of eFX Sales & Implementation that has coverage across 15 countries across Citi's presence in APAC today
  • Provide strong thought leadership that demonstrates keen knowledge of Corporate Treasury ecosystems (particularly in cross border payments and receivables) and the relevance to FX
  • Be familiar also with the ecosystems in relations to ecommerce activities particularly with cards and wallets and the relevance to FX
  • Drive the sales process and content to onboard more clients in the Corporate Treasury segment through the provision of holistic solutions, including but not limited to the packaging capabilities from other departments (eg. Cash Management & Payments)
  • Be the senior partner to our highly successful Corporate FX Sales business in covering some of our most sophisticated corporate/digital clients in the world for eFX Solutions
  • Further build senior relationships across cash management, markets and banking to help the team source origination opportunities
  • Work with the relevant eProduct team heads to define value proposition for sales to engage clients
  • Will be a critical member in driving overall Corporate eFX Sales strategy
  • Act in the best ethical way and in line with Citi's Policies and Standards.

Qualifications:


  • Having several years of managerial experience is preferred but not a must.
  • Previous experience in clientfacing roles with a proven track record of growing and maintaining relationships through value added service and commercial skills
  • An entrepreneurial approach for business origination and developing new relationships
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills

Education:


  • Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred
