    Description
    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Assist in the central kitchen with food preparation and cooking
    • Sort, store and distribute ingredients
    • Wash, peel, chop and cut ingredients
    • Maintain and upkeep kitchen equipment
    • Clean food preparation equipment/tool, production floor and storage areas
    • Dispose of rubbish
    • Ensure hygiene and safety standards are strictly adhered to
    • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company

    Job Requirements:

    • Minimum 1-year working experience in F&B related industry and preferably in a Halal food manufacturing environment
    • Possess valid Food Safety and Hygiene certificate
    • Able to work within tight deadlines
    • Able to perform shift work and work on weekend/public holiday
