Account Executive - Woodlands, Singapore - One Vogue Pte Ltd
Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage Account Receivable and ensure all transaction is well documented
- Ensure timely processing of Goods Return Note and customers account
- Coordinate local cheque bankin and daily update of incoming funds to the NAV system.
- Oversee and followup with customers on overdue account
- Reconcile Customer Collection with Bank Ledger.
- Prepare Statement of Accounts to customers and respond to their inquiries.
- Handle Accounts Receivable monthly cash flow forecast.
- Prepare Journal entries for accruals & other adjustment.
- Prepare monthly and yearend Balance Sheet schedules.
- Work closely with internal and external auditors.

- Familiar with account receivable
