• Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and quotations
• Follow up of sales related matters, including documentation
• Coordinate with the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
• Provide daily sales support and coordination including attend to sales enquiries, preparation of sales quotation and attend to after sales support
• Assist to schedule & coordinate Sales Manager's schedule for meeting, site meetings & discussion
