    Role Summary:

    Are you passionate about driving technical excellence within project and program delivery? We are seeking a skilled Technical Project Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with various teams to ensure solutions alignment with best practices and compliance standards. Your responsibilities will encompass technical oversight, vendor collaboration, risk mitigation, and maintaining high-quality standards across projects.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Support the technical aspects of project and program delivery.
    • Collaborate with architects, security teams, and infrastructure teams to ensure solutions alignment with best practices.
    • Facilitate architecture, security, development, and delivery review sessions to comply with standards and regulations.
    • Monitor vendor .NET software development, including hardware setup, software deployment, and configuration.
    • Assist project managers in identifying technical requirements, RFIs, and the vendor evaluation process.
    • Provide support for SIT/UAT technical issues and proactively identify project risks.
    • Conduct code reviews and quality assurance to uphold high-quality standards.

    Primary Skillset (Must Have):

    • Technical Leadership: Assume leadership of technical teams and take ownership of technical aspects in project/program delivery.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to ensure solutions alignment with best practices and compliance standards.
    • Team Oversight: Monitor the work of developers, providing guidance and support as needed.
    • Vendor and Internal Collaboration: Drive and facilitate technical discussions with vendors and internal development teams.
    • Domain Focus: Primarily support the Private Wealth Banking domain while remaining open to opportunities in other commercial banking domains.
    • Testing Support: Provide assistance for SIT/UAT technical issues.
    • Risk Management: Identify project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
    • Code Review and Quality Assurance: Review code to uphold high-quality standards and adhere to coding guidelines.
