Salary - SGD 2400 to SGD 3000
Yearly performance Bonus


Responsibilities:


  • Source for list of suppliers for new product development in a timely and effective manner
  • Good at negotiating pricing, delivery and payment terms with suppliers
  • Expedite suppliers progress and monitor closely on deliver to meet sales demand and requirements.
  • Constantly review process and adjust orders based on the most competitive price
  • Monitor stocks level and set reorder point
  • Always maintain the highest time efficiency and complete every purchase on timely basis
  • Maintain good rapport with suppliers and vendors to ensure that they provide us the best in time delivery and service.
  • Prepare documents (PO, invoices etc) for relevant personnel.
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff/production on delivery schedule & etc.
  • Perform engraving and printing services
  • Count and tally incoming stocks purchased against PO.
  • QC quality of goods and timely feedback to suppliers for any quality issues or discrepancies.
  • Any other ad hoc jobs assigned by Company

Requirements:


  • Proficient in Excel sheet and good with basic formulas & Vlookup.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in purchase role.
  • Tidy and organise in filing and keeping records
  • Highly efficient and make sure all tasks done within dateline.
  • Computer Savvy
  • Able to handle stress and work in fast paced environment
  • Sharp and sensitive to price changes
  • Good negotiation skills
