- Oversee project scope and timelines
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprints, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups
- Ensure team consensus on user stories and acceptance criteria
- Cultivate a high-performance environment through servant leadership, continuous improvement, and team empowerment
- Address conflicts and eliminate project obstacles
- Implement Agile practices and mentor team members
- Guide solution development to meet business goals
- Collaborate with product owners to manage the product backlog
- Gather, document, and refine business requirements into user stories, use cases, and functional specifications
- Work together on test planning to guarantee thorough test coverage
- Identify, evaluate, and mitigate project, security, and cybersecurity risks
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master with a solid software development background
- In-depth knowledge of Scrum frameworks, artifacts (e.g., definition of done, user stories), and Agile ceremonies
- Familiarity with other Agile methodologies (e.g., Crystal, XP)
- Proven capability to manage and influence diverse stakeholders, including business, IT, and senior leadership
- Strong analytical and conflict resolution skills
- Comprehensive understanding of system integration in complex technological settings
- Solid grounding in business analysis principles and methodologies
- Exceptional organizational and leadership skills with a track record of building consensus
- Experience utilizing project management tools for tracking, monitoring, and reporting
- Demonstrated success in managing external contractors and achieving results
- Scrum Master certification
