Job Description
Successful applicants will be answering calls and providing support and psychoeducation to the public on Gambling, Substance and Behavioural addiction. Para-Counsellors should be able to triage, assess and provide resources according to client's needs. The goal is to ensure that the callers are given the right direction pertaining to their concerns.
Responsibilities
Mondays – Sundays including PH
AM Shifts: 8am – 2pm
PM Shifts: 2pm – 11pm
