- Coordinate with stakeholders to align care and support for CEE undergraduate students.
- Periodic monitoring and meeting with students who face wellbeing problems, as well as working with other NTU stakeholders.
- Take charge of administrative matters that support the student leadership and mentorship for undergraduate students.
- Liaise with administrators to advise students who face academic challenges on their fulfilment of credit requirements.
- Maintain and update database of student care records.
- Minimally a bachelor's degree from a recognised University (degree in related field and/or work experience in the tertiary education sector will be preferred).
- A strong commitment and passion towards student wellbeing and support.
- Preferably knowledge and/or experience in counselling or interaction with young adults.
- Excellent team player with good interpersonal skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
