Executive/senior Executive - Singapore - Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants
Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the execution of programmes and initiatives for the small and mediumsized audit practices ("SMP")
- Prepare relevant documents and liaise with government agencies for grants support
- Coordinate and provide administrative support for events and workshops organised by the department for the SMP, which include arranging logistics and handling registrationrelated matters
- Organise and host talks and webinars
- Assist in matters relating to marketing and publicity for the department which include, but not limited to, maintenance of department's website, managing telegram channel, crafting EDMs and social media posts
- Perform any other adhoc duties assigned
Job Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Business Administration or relevant field
- At least 3 years of work experience in administrative role. Events management experience is of added advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good writing and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal skill
- Good project management skills
- Meticulous and detailoriented mind
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
- Familiar with virtual platforms such as Zoom and Teams
