    Mission Descriptions :

    • Manage service delivery operations to ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Lead a team of service delivery professionals.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
    • Monitor service performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
    • Develop and implement service improvement plans.
    • Manage service level agreements (SLAs) and ensure compliance.
    • Manage service delivery budgets and resources.
    • Provide regular reports on service delivery performance to senior management.

    Profile Requirements :

    • 5+ years of experience in service delivery management.
    • ITIL certification is preferred.
    • Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Have strong problem-solving abilities.
    • Experienced in IT service management frameworks such as ITIL.
    • Experienced in managing service delivery operations.
    • Experienced in leading a team of service delivery professionals.
    • Have hands-on experience on any coding language.
    • Fluent in English.
