- Manage service delivery operations to ensure customer satisfaction.

- ITIL certification is preferred.

- Have strong problem-solving abilities.
- Experienced in IT service management frameworks such as ITIL.
- Experienced in managing service delivery operations.
- Experienced in leading a team of service delivery professionals.
- Have hands-on experience on any coding language.
- Fluent in English.
