Assistant Director, Membership Programme - Singapore - Triton AI Pte Ltd
Description
Design all aspects of the program to maximize member outcomes- Assemble and manage a panel of providers and merchants to support the programme's benefits;
- Develop endtoend work flows and systems related to the programme, including membership signup, fee collection, benefits delivery, program performance, budget adherence, and general reporting
- Work with agencies and crossfunctional teams to ensure deliverables meet quality and time goals
Requirements:
- At least 7 years of work experience, with significant knowledge in leading design and operations of products and services involving high transaction volume with retail customers (e.g. loyalty programmes, banking and insurance products)
- Experience in partnerships and vendor management
- Strong process and systems thinker, with focus internal/external user experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and business analytics, including use of data visualization tools, basic statistical methods and reports
