Customer Service Officer - Banking

The Opportunity
You will help to ensure that tracking of complaints and MIS preparation is done on a daily basis.
- Taking stock of complaint logs from system.
- Followup with various stakeholders to ensure proper resolution provided as per TAT.
- Preparation of MIS with complete details for all closed cases, daily/weekly/monthly.
- Preparation of data for various weekly / monthly reporting's.
- Track / followup for remedial actions / corrective actions.
- Assist the unit in various Client Obsession Activities, Weekly newsletter, CO Week event, Client Center, etc. as required.
Your Background
- Diploma in Business Management.
- Prior experience in banking / client experience roles will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in Excel
