We are seeking a dynamic and career-minded Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our growing team in Singapore, and to support our regional growth.
As a Business Development Manager (BDM) you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end sales cycle including deal execution for new and win-back customers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies for both new business and to winback churned accounts.
- Grow our regional client base by building close and trusted relationships with both Brand & Agency partners and by effectively communicating CNCData's value proposition.
- Successfully meet sales revenue goals and maintain growth in sales activity month over month.
- Proactively maintain account plans, systems, and tools with pipeline activity.
- You'll love social selling and creating thought leadership content to educate new prospects. Assist in other adhoc assignment.
- 2+ years experience in B2B Sales/ Business Development role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- High perseverance and results oriented mindset.
- Ability to engage business prospects and senior stakeholders in a professional way.
- Methodical, organized and data driven approach to building lead and qualified lead pipeline.
- Ability to upskill quickly with technology tools to facilitate delivering on objectives.
- High hunger and work ethic to prove yourself and exceed targets.
- Able to handle rejection and persevere through this.
- Must work well independently as well as in a team in a fastpaced environment. Strong competence in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
