Production Engineer - Singapore - MENICON SINGAPORE PTE. LTD.
Description
Responsibilities
- Support production in accomplishing production goals, execute Lean Manufacturing and improve product quality.
- Drive improvements for production processes, material flow, labour efficiency and machine utilisation.
- Ensure production team complies with the standard work processes, use of templates and 5S practices.
- Develop and implement corrective and preventive measures.
Requirements:
- Diploma in a relevant Engineering or Scientific discipline
- 3 years' relevant working experience in manufacturing environment.
- Understanding of 5S, Industrial Engineering, Lean Manufacturing, Root Cause Analysis and Statistical Process Control.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to work in clean room environment.
